Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
Handling company’s corporate issues, documentations and basic licenses
Direct involvement in certain corporate projects
Maintaining on time deliverables of legal services to both external and internal customers
Drafting and reviewing business contracts
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in law (Sarjana Hukum)
Minimum 1 year experience as Legal Officer
Good command in English both oral and written
Good understanding of any aspect of Indonesia law.
Sufficient understanding of property law and compliance, as well as business issues will be an advantage
Attend to details and have strong skills in legal documentation and legal research
Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
Maximum age 28 years old
