Area Administration Coordinator (AAC) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the whole Marketing Office Operation Support function under his/her area
2. Manage Marketing Office function in meeting timely service
3. Maintain continuous improvement in Marketing Office Operations procedure and service
4. Handle problems/issues occurs in Marketing Office, including develop & allocate effective Man Power in Marketing Office
5. Work together with Agency Management in budgeting process, and UNB & Claim in monitoring quality of provider hospitals and clinics

Requirements:

•Having a Bachelor Degree (any major)
• Having 3-4 years of work experience in life insurance operations
• Willing to travel to Marketing Offices around Indonesia
• Able to work independently or as a team
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
