Petrodata System located in Bakrie Tower, South Jakarta, is looking for a :
PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities :
* Liaises and coordinates closely with sales division to understand customers’ needs and looks for solutions
* Is responsible to research, review new product solutions to enhance product portfolios
* Identifies, develops and maintains relationships/partnerships with principals and vendors to support continuous product portfolio offerings
* Is responsible to review and evaluate the costing from the principals/vendors
* Supports and participates the full engagement life cycle including pre-sales (i.e. client engagement, proposal preparation, demonstration, proof of concept) through to project delivery
* Attends webinars, seminars and product workshops
Requirements :
* At least a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or Engineering or related disciplines
* At least 2 years experience as a pre-sales or product specialist within the IT and/or oil and gas or related industry
* Have knowledge of various IT technologies (software, server, various operating systems, networking, etc.)
* Self-starter, committed, responsible, energetic, and highly motivated person
* Fast learner, independent, good coordination, meticulous and able to work under pressure
* Great analytical, good presentation, communication and facilitation skills
* Experience in IT pre-sales including client engagement, proposal preparation, demonstration, proof of concept, and project delivery is an advantage
* Experience in creating IT solutions’ needs in a oil and gas industry is an advantage
SALES STAFF
Responsibilities :
* Day to day selling activities
* Maintaining relationship with customer
* Creating a proposal and able to do a presentation
* Understand needs from customers and be able to relate these needs to company’s products and offerings
* Preparing tender documents and attending the tender invitation
* Attending seminar & product workshop
Requirements :
* Female
* Min D3, preferably from IT / Computer Science
* Experiences in selling IT products for Oil & Gas Company is preferred
* Computer literacy is a must, minimum for MS Office, Email Outlook & Internet
* Good command of English (Verbal & Written), proficiency is a must
* Good Looking, high integrity & fast learner
* Good communication skill and good interpersonal relationship skill
* Ability to work in high pressure environment and to work based on target
