* Bachelor degree (maximum age 25), Master degree (maximum age 27) from reputable university
* GPA minimum 3.00 out of scale 4.00 or equivalent
* Experienced candidates are acceptable, with maximum 2 years working experience
* Fluent in English (speaking and writing), Japanese speaking is an advantage
