1. Project Manager – Hard Rock / Metalliferous / Iron ore Mining

Responsibilities:
The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in metalliferous / hard rock / quarrying mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore etc).
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
• Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.

2. Mining Superintendent

Responsibilities:
• Handle technical support to hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Monitor equipment performance.
• Maintain high safety standard and safe work practice all the times.
• To participate in producing to achieve required standard and quality on time to budget.
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning.

Requirements:
• Recognized mining engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 7 years experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage.
• Experienced in subcontractor management, cost and staff management.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Be efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to details and quality be persistent and system oriented.

3. Engineering Superintendent

Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.
• To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 7 years experience as senior engineer in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

4. Drill and Blast Engineer

Responsibilities:
• To manage Drill and Blast in mineral operations with optimal and efficient include the explosive, permit and improvement.
• To provide drill and blast plan and review the result for the most safe and efficient mineral operation by coordinating with operational group.
• Demonstrate good management and communications skills services which guides the mining operations towards the long term and profitability.

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering with Class II Blaster certificate.
• Minimal 4 years experienced in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Good English communication skills both in written & verbal.
• Have full understanding of subcontractor explosive supplier contract, mine department rule and regulation.
• Had strong drill and blast background both for procedure and technique (SOP) in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.

5. Drill and Blast Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• To manager Drill and Blast in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project with optimal and efficient.
• To check all process in the field for blasting by safety procedure.
• Demonstrate good management and communication to all team operational and others department about blasting process.

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering with Class II Blaster certificate.
• Minimal 5 years experienced in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Good English communication skills both in written & verbal.
• Have full understanding of subcontractor explosive supplier contract, mine department rule and regulation.
• Had strong drill and blast background both for procedure and technique (SOP) in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry mining operation.

6. Senior Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce on budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates.
• Conducts and attend weekly communications meeting as required.
• To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
• Recognized mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 6 years industrial experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry processing.
• Good communications skills written-verbal both in English and bahasa, Computer literacy.

7. Senior Mining Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the work teams to deliver a product which meets that required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company.
• Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• High School certificate.
• Minimum Experienced 6 years in Supervisor level in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Understanding and ability to operate most of types of hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry Equipment.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
• Computer literacy.
• Ready worked in remote area.

8. Geologist Modeling

Responsibilities:
• Prepare geological model and interpretation.
• Geological model review, check and validation.
• Prepare quality modeling and geo statistic.
• Prepare Geological model output such contour, sections etc.
• Prepare resources estimation and report.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Geology engineer.
• Geologist with three until five (4-5) years experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry exploration (drillings and mapping activity), engineering and consulting.
• Capable to operate Map Info, Arc View, Auto Cad, Mine Comp, Sur Pac, Micro Mine, Data Mine etc.
• Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Highly skill in geological interpretation and resources estimation.
• Understand resources reporting standards.
• Excellent understanding in exploration database validation.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Ready worked in remote area.

9. Mine Planner Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Prepare short and long term mine plan in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation production.
• Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required.
• Actively contribute to positive team work.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer.
• A minimum of 4-5 years experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Capability to operating Surpac software or mine scape.
• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance.
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
• Ready worked in remote area.

10. Supervisor Mechanic

Responsibilities:
This position is a frontline role and is responsible for day maintenance activities, establish high performance for health, Safety and Environmental, coordinating and implemented preventative maintenance initiatives and activities so that that production targets can be achieved.

Requirements:
• Senior High School or Senior Technical school, Diploma (3) would be preferred.
• Recognized trade and or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation as Foreman level.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal in English.
• Computer literacy is preferred.
• Ready worked in remote area.

11. Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Good understating about OHS legislation, mineral safety and construction as well.
• AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
• Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
• Able working under pressure.
• Able working without supervision.
• Ready worked in remote area.

12. Operator Trainer

Responsibilities:
To provide Operational Training for operators and allied training for clients in order to increase the productivity, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
• Previous experience in similar role minimum 5 years in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Familiar with training delivery equipment for all around HE equipment in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
• Team work, works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees.
• Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
• Computer literacy is preferred.
• Ready worked in remote area.

13. Mining Foreman

Responsibilities:
• To co-ordinate and supervise all activities technical in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project with a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Senior High school.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
• Preferable is good communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.
• Ready worked in remote area.

14. Production Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Technical and mine planning support to the hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Monitor equipment performance.
• Develop and maintain cost control reporting system.
• Provide back up to the site based personnel.
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning.

Requirements:
• Recognized mining engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years practical in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• A working knowledge of Surpac and Minescape mine planning software.
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented.
• Knowledge of heavy Equipment is preferable.
• Ready worked in remote area.

15. Quality Control Geologist

Responsibilities:
• To provide the hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients mineral requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineer.
• Minimum 3 year experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation.
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors.
• Good communication skills, written‐verbal, both English and Bahasa.
• Ready worked in remote area.

16. Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore reconciliation.
• Understand topographical surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore mining.
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:
• Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
• Having minimum within 2 years experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore mining.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
• Ready worked in remote area.
