PT DFDS offices in Indonesia are operating business in Jakarta, Soewarna, Semarang, Surabaya and Denpasar. Currently we are looking for applicants who want to make a difference with us, to fill in the position of:

SEA FREIGHT MANAGER - SURABAYA BASE
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the department by determining operating standard, developing systems or procedures and deployment of manpower in accordance to the company standards. The incumbent will also maintain and promote the company service as well as develop the relationship to clients, subcontractors and agents.

Requirements :

* MUST have experience as Supervisor or Senior Officer in an International Freight Forwarding industry for minimum 5 years
* Bachelor Degree, any major
* Experienced in corresponding with overseas verbally and in writing as well as having computer literate

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - SURABAYA BASE
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent will be searching, securing and developing opportunities from the own as well as the company’s existing portfolio and reporting through online sales monitoring system.

Requirements :

* MUST have experience in Sales & Marketing at Freight Forwarding company for minimum 3 years
* Bachelor Degree, any major
* Able to communicate in English and computer literate

SEA FREIGHT STAFF - SURABAYA BASE
Reporting to Sea Freight Manager, the incumbent will be handling shipments from the initial until it is completed as well as maintain its communication with the origin. The incumbent will be also arranging custom clearance and other documents related to the shipment, when appointed by the consignee as well as to ensure all required data is entered into the system correctly & completely as per company procedures.

Requirements :

* MUST have experience in an International Freight Forwarding industry for at least 1 year
* Diploma Degree, any major
* Able to communicate in English and computer literate
