Sales Representative for Commercial Care Products (SLS – CCD)
The incumbent will be responsible for to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Commercial Care Products to mainly HOREKA (Food service/ Industrial Retail) market. You will also have to work with distributors or setting up a new distribution channel to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop key accounts by segments
* Develop channel partner by segments
* New Products Penetration
* Develop Customer Intimacy for Existing Customers
* New customers penetration
* Focus on Increasing Existing Products and Maintaining Share
* Working along/with Distributor in introducing and supporting customer enquiry;
* Working closely with other team member in developing marketing campaign/sales activity
* Create periodic Visit and Sales Plan/Report
Minimum Requirements:
* S1 minimum from any background
* Having at least 2 years sales experience in HOREKA (food service/industrial retail) and/or cleaning product/equipment would be an advantage.
* Good command in English for both verbal and written.
* Self Driven, result oriented, self motivated, creative and independent.
* Good presentation skill.
