Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, you will contribute to the ongoing success and achievement of the business objective of Thiess Indonesia by providing professional maintenance section especially in BSF Office in the following areas: supports and overview efficient running of office with regard to all section of each department; supervise maintenance any reparation and maintenance of building, office facilities, in accordance with Thiess Values and TMS; maintain good housekeeping and safety and environmental in the work place; supervise and manage building establish schedule and activities; manage additional civil work as required; monitor all activities of site establishment crew; weekly inspection through site building establish facility complaint from the user; briefing and guidance site establish facility crew day by day activities; make report all that needs as required; ensure safety at the work places.
Requirements for this position minimum degree in Civil Engineering with 3 year experiences related to repair and site establish facility office / building facilities; have skill in an estimating and calculating budget/material; ability to operate AutoCad 2000; have skill in design; strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills for both oral and written in English.
Senior HSEQ Supervisor

Reporting to the BSF Manager, your will assist to coordinate and monitor the consistent application of safe-work related procedures and programs in BSF; to compile and maintain BSF incident statistics and monitor developing trends; to develop and/or socialize health and safety topics and programs through department in BSF; to review or develop safety related procedures and JSEA’s; to be involved in BSF department audits; to monitor the status of safety improvement initiatives and incident corrective actions on each project; to monitor the consistent application of safety programs across department in BSF; to review the delivery of BSF inductions to ensure relevant content, and consistent delivery of BSF inductions; to monitor safety training requirements of BSF department personnel. Demonstrate appropriate personnel safe behaviors; comply with all applicable HSE laws and company policies; provide feedback on problems or areas for improvement; be alert for potential hazardous situations and take corrective action.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a Tertiary qualifications in K3; OHS, Polytechnic or related disciplines with minimum 2 years experience in Supervisor level; experience in mine environment; experience in health & safety system; familiar with workshop and heavy mining equipment; safety management system; risk management; incident investigation; strong leadership skills, good analytical and strategic thinking; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
