PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa (DSS) was established in 1996 and started the business in power and steam generation. In year 2007 DSS entered the telecomunication infrastructure business by leasing BTS (Base Transceiver Station). In year 2009 DSS expanded its business by investing in coal mining at PT Bumi Kencana Eka Sakti.

DSS Energy and infrastructure, a publicly-listed company with business in power generation, coal mining, BTS towers, and trading, is looking for high-potential candidates for the following positions:


ASSISTANT CORPORATE SECRETARY (Jakarta)

* Prospective candidates must have minimum S1 degree in business law or finance with GPA > 3.0 (preferably with S2 degree in finance or business law with GPA > 3.4) plus minimum 2 years of work experience as Assistant Corporate Secretary in publicly-listed companies.
* Job description includes preparing & filing statutory reports, preparing AGM & BOC meetings and other corporate events, archiving corporate documents, acting as liaison officer to various stakeholders, and promoting & monitoring good corporate governance.
* Sound understanding of capital market regulations and transactions is required.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL / INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (Serang / Tangerang / Karawang)
Prospective candidates must have minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering with GPA > 3.0 from reputable university plus minimum 2 years of work experience in boilers, turbines, generators, or DCS in power plant.

SENIOR LEGAL MANAGER (Jakarta)

* Prospective candidates must have minimum S1 degree in business law with GPA > 3.0 (preferably with S2 degree in business law or finance with GPA > 3.4) plus minimum 5 years of work experience as Legal Manager in big corporations or law firms.
* Job description includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, identifying and mitigating legal risks, providing legal opinions, and conducting legal due diligence.
* Sound understanding of capital market regulations and transactions is required.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Having basic communication skills in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.

SENIOR MANAGER – CORPORATE FINANCE (Jakarta)

* Interested applicants must have S2 degree in corporate finance with GPA > 3.4. In addition to the post-graduate degree in corporate finance, the applicants with S1 degree in accounting or other quantitative majors plus CFA certificate are highly preferred.
* Furthermore, the applicants shall have minimum 5 years of work experience as corporate finance specialists and/or managers in big corporations, investment banks, or securities companies.
* Previous exposure to and solid understanding of capital markets, fund raising, financial restructuring, IPO, and M&A transactions, are expected.
