PT KEMAKMURAN PERTIWI TAMBANG, a Nickel Mining Company in Indonesia. We look for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

1. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (Code: KTT)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 45 years old,
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level,
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology,
4. Posses POU certificate,
5. Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage,
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet,
7. Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target,
8. Manage and control all civil work, construction and land compensation,
9. Create Good Mining Practice,
10. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result,
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills,
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate,
13. To be located in Maluku islands, with rotation schedule.

2. GEOLOGIST MINERAL (Code: GEO)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old,
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mineral exploration,
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology,
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet,
5. Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper),
6. Able to make a progress repot of exploration,
7. Able to indentfy surface structure, rock base and geological structure,
8. Good physical health and able to work in a team,
9. To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule.

3. SITE MANAGER (Code: SITE)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 45 years old,
2. Minimum 8 (seven) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level,
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology,
4. Posses minimum POM certificate,
5. Fluent in English both oral & written,
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet,
7. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power),
8. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure,
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result,
10. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost,
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills,
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate,
13. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem,
14. To be located in Maluku islands, with rotation schedule.

4. LOADING MASTER / ASST. LOADING MASTER (Code: LOAD)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old,
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in shipping company or shipyards,
3. Degree from Marine Academy,
4. Fluent in English both oral & written,
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet,
6. Posses minimum ANT 3 / Deck Officer Class 3,
7. Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations,
8. Experienced in loading activity / transshipment from mill site to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel,
9. Coordinate with chief officer at mother vessel about stowage plan,
10. Monitoring loading point (anchorage),
11. To be located in Maluku islands, with rotation schedule.

5. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (Code: MPE)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old,
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology,
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company,
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities,
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine,
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process,
7. Taking care of quality of mine product,
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3,
9. Fluent in English both oral & written,
10. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet,
11. Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, Carlson Mining),
12. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities,
13. Will be located in Maluku island, with rotation schedule.

6. HSE SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDENT (Code: HSE)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old,
2. Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry,
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering,
4. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) / K3 is preferred,
5. Fluent in English both oral & written,
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet,
7. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007,
8. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation,
9. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige,
10. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury),
11. To be located in Maluku island, with rotation schedule.

7. HRD SUPERVISOR (Code: HRD)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old,
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience as HR Generalist, preferably from mining industry,
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of law or psychology,
4. Fluent in English both oral & written,
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet,
6. Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS),
7. Posses CHRP certification will be advantage,
8. To be based in Head Office (Jakarta) and or Site project (Maluku island), with rotation schedule.

8. ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR (Code: ENVIRO)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old,
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry,
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of forestry / agriculture / environmental engineer,
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet,
5. Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation,
6. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company,
7. To be located in Maluku island, with rotation schedule.

9. GRADE / QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (Code: GC)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old,
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology,
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company,
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality,
5. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production,
6. Responsible for the stockpiles,
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3,
8. Fluent in English both oral & written,
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet,
10. To be located in Maluku island, with rotation schedule.

10. MAINTENANCE PLANNER (Code: PLAN)
Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old,
2. Minimum 3 (three) years in related fiield, preferably from mining company or heavy equipment company,
3. Bachelor degree from mechanical engineering,
4. Computer literate in using Ms. Office & Internet,
5. Able to make maintenance schedule for mechanical and electrical equipment periodically,
6. Able to make report for spareparts stock and use,
7. Able to identify problems and make a repair action or preventive action,
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3,
9. To be located in Maluku island, with rotation schedule.
