1.A.CIVIL ENGINEER (CV-EG)
B.MECHANICAL ENGINEER (MC-EG)
C.ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (EL-EG)
D.AUTOMATION ENGINEER (AM-EG)
E.QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER (QC-EG)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible on planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning of the project.
-Achieve objectives as per quality/quantity, timeframe, cost, and safety standards and requirements.
-Manage the information flow of project activities between project team and supporting team / management.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Physic Engineering (depend on applied position).
-3-5 years experience in similar position in plant engineering and construction. Experiences in chip or pulp and paper project would be great advantage.
-Mastering principles and practices of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation/Instrumentation Engineering (depend on applied position) and administration as applied to the project design and construction.
-Good understanding in Technical Drawing and Cost Estimating.
-Able to develop plans, designs, specifications, cost estimations, and engineering standards for project construction and improvement.
-Familiar with related and international materials, systems, codes, and standards
-Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.

2.HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION TRAINER (HE-TR)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop material of HE (excavator, bulldozer, motor grader, skidder, backhoe loader, compactor, etc.) operation training.
-Identify training needs of existing HE operators.
-Contribute in reducing number of HE accident due to miss operation.
-Involve in recruitment and selection process of HE operators.
-Responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for HE operators.
-Develop skill development & assessment record system for HE operators.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum SLTA graduated.
-3-5 years relevant experience in similar post.
-Proven skills in operating various HE or experienced as HE Operator.
-Workplace training certified.
-Mastering Basic First Aid and OHSE.
-Knowledgeable in training principles & concepts.
-Able and willing to motivate & facilitate others in learning.

3.TRUCK OPERATION TRAINER (TK-TR)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop training material of truck operation training.
-Identify training need of existing truck drivers.
-Contribute in reducing number of truck accident.
-Be a PIC in the absence of Operation Training Senior Supervisor.
-Involve in recruitment process of truck drivers.
-SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for truck drivers.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum Senior High School graduated.
-3-5 years relevant experience in similar activities.
-Proven skills on operating truck.
-Knowledge and skill of training process, goal, and achievement.
-Good problem solving techniques.
-Strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
-Ability to cope with additional responsibilities.
-Innovative and prepared to share knowledge.

4.BUYER (BY)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Receive and review a wide variety of requisitions and sourcing potential vendors.
-Review bid proposals from vendors and make recommendation.
-Follow up with vendors on goods delivery.
-Close PO’s status.
-Evaluate vendors’ performance.
-Maintains records of purchased items, cost, delivery, performance and inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum Diploma (preferable in Engineering) from reputable university.
-Minimum 2 years experience in the similar position in the similar type of business.
-Knowledgeable on Basic Legal, Basic Finance, Basic SAP, and product-related standards and specifications.
-Advanced administrative skills.
-Good level of concentration.
-Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

5.HSE OFFICER (HSE-OF)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Initiate and direct major safety studies, projects, and reports.
-Assist in developing safety control methods, procedures, programs, and mechanisms to eliminate or reduce incidents.
-Assist in identifying and appraising loss potential conditions and practices of certain function in company.
-Assist in developing loss control methods, procedures, and programs to eliminate causative factors associated with specific problems, or where it is not possible to eliminate the hazard, provide the engineering necessary to devise mechanisms or procedures to reduce the degree of the hazard.
-Plan or propose facilities, operations, and projects.
-Provide staff assistance in any of the recognized fields of loss prevention to any division.
-Provide work direction or input to HSE Officers.
-In charge for internal and external safety and environmental audits.
-Ensure compliance with and commitment to HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum Diploma, preferable in Occupational Health, Forestry, and Engineering.
-1-3 years experience in related areas.
-Knowledgeable and skilled on incidents prevention, incidents investigation, loss prevention engineering, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
-Knowledgeable on HSE related regulations, laws, theories, principles, and techniques.
-Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
-Excellent investigation and report writing skills.

6.GENERAL SECRETARY (GN-SC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare reports and materials for publications, presentations, and other related agendas.
-Setup travel arrangements as well as accommodation and entertainment.
-Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
-Prepare and maintain expense report.
-Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
-Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
-Handle telephones and correspondences in appropriate manner.
-Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying and filing.
-Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
-And other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
-1-3 years relevant experience in related post.
-Knowledge and skills in basic finance and accounting and filling system.
-Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills as well as planning and organizing skills.
-Able to secure confidential information.
-Good problem solving techniques.
-Proportional attention to details.
-Ability to cope with additional responsibilities.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Computer literate.
-Excellent in English and Bahasa both written and spoken.
-High personal work-motivation, communicative, proactive, and creative.
-High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
-High professional-integrity and excellent teamwork skills.
-Willing to travel and relocate as per company’s needs.
