PT Atlas Resources, one of growing fast coal company in Indonesia, there are currently operate and explore locations in the key commercial coal area East Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Papua. For new project at East Kalimantan & South Sumatra, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals. Come and join our team for the following positions:

DEVELOPMENT & OPERATION

Sr. Resources Geologist Exploration (SRG)
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
• Mastering of SURPAC software is a must
• Good skill in JORC reporting
• Good leadership
• Hold POP Certification
• Min. 10 years working experience in exploration activities (preferably in coal mining industries)

Sr. Geotechnical Engineer (SGE)
• Bachelor degree in Geology / Geodesy Engineering
• Mastering of geotechnical software is a must
• Hold POP Certification
• Min. 3 years working experience as Sr. Geotechnical in coal mining industries

Project Exploration Geologist (PEG)
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
• Experience in Surpac software tools
• Familiar with all aspects relating to exploration process (tools, methods, log evaluation and basic modeling) is a must
• Preferably understanding of geology/field development plans
• Preferably hold POP Certification
• Min. 5 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

Sr. Mine Geologist (SMG) / Mine Geologist (MG)
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
• Preferably hold POP Certification
• Expert in all activities and coal handling from Pit to Port
• Min. 5 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

Sr. Mine Engineer (SME) / Mine Engineer (ME)
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Preferably hold POP Certification
• Familiar with SURPAC/MINESCAPE Mining software
• Be able to plan, control, manage and review short term & long term (SME) / short term (ME) quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

CPP Supervisor (CPPS) / CPP Foreman (CPPF)
• Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology or Chemical
• Hold POP Certification (CPPS)
• Have strong competency on stockpile & coal quality
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

Admin Manager (ADM)
• Min. Bachelor degree, preferred majoring in administration, law or management
• Familiar with Mining & PEB Document Permit
• Understand of personnel system administration and employee regulation (UU 13)
• Ready to work any remote area in Indonesia
• Min. 5 years working experience in the same position

Environmental Supervisor (ENVS) / Health & Safety Officer (HSO)
• Bachelor degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Biology or Environmental Engineering (ENVS) and Diploma Safety Engineering or equivalent (HSO)
• Have knowledge in Risk & Environmental Assessment, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment Control and have experience to handle waste management and procedure (ENVS)
• Familiar with erosion, sendimentation and revegetation (ENVS) / Familiar with OHSAS 18001 & SMK3 standart (HSO)
• Preferably hold POP Certification and AMDAL A certificate (ENVS) / hold K3 Certification & HIPERKES (HSO)
• Min. 3 years working experience (ENVS) / Min. 1 year working experience (HSO) in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

Cost Controller
• Bachelor degree in Accounting Min. GPA 3.0
• Experience in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company
• Good knowledge in Budget & Cost Control management skill
• Understand contracts administration (Logistic would be an advantage)
• Good communication in written and spoken English
• Min. 3 years working experience in administration and budget cost controlling
• Willing to be located in site (Kaltim)

Jr. Paramedic (JPrm)
• Min. Diploma degree from Nursing Academy
• Having valid BTCLS & HIPERKES
• Min. 2 years working experience at remote area (preferably in coal mining industries)

ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION

Mechanical Engineer (MCE)
• Min. Diploma degree from mechanical
• Responsible for providing mechanical/technical support during the construction period of the project and carry out mechanical repairs, installation activities as required or directed
• At least 5 years experience in varied positions within construction/mining industries

W/H & Logistic Supervisor (WLS)
• Min. Diploma degree
• Experienced with all aspect of warehouse supervision such as receivables, Issuing, Reorders, Cataloguing contract labour
• Min. 5 years work experience in mining / contruction

HRD

Personnel Supervisor (PS)
• Min. Diploma Degree, preferred majoring in administration, law or management
• Understand of personnel system administration and employee regulation (UU 13)
• Experienced to control & monitor employment status and good knowledge in promotion system administration
• Min. 5 years working experience in the same position
