Center Operations Excellence-Team Leader (CEO - Team Leader)
Job descriptions:

1. Build and maintain good relationship with related LoBs and Support Functions related to project worked on
2. Lead process improvement or pronew business initiative. Duties of Team Leader during process improvement – diagnostic phase include overseeing the diagnostic phase, chair the kick-off meeting, managing the solution design phase (when applicable incl. blue and green dollar of initiative, identify project champion within user’s unit / department, design tracking mechanism, chair meeting to share results with stakeholders), ensure succesfull implementation, and monitor control period. Team Leader has to make sure project is handover appropriately to end-user
3. Manage self and team dynamic

Skills:

* Project management skills in similar industry / traits
* Strong analytical or problem solving skills
* Process improvement experience in similar industry / traits
* Good communication skills
* Written ands spoken English capability.

Competency:

* Minimum 5 years working experience in process improvement / project management/Banking Operations. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
* Minimum S1 degree with GPA 3.25
