Planning Manager (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
* Prepare the administrative and strategic planning for short, middle, and long term in compliance to government and company’s vision and mission particularly in the sustainability forest target.
* Monitoring RKUPHHK-HT implementation, evaluation, and propose a revision due to the unconformity with the real condition and or business development.
* Assist in the development of annual budget and recommend Capital Expenditure program.
* Ensure the planting and harvesting activities carried out in conformity with the plan and permits (RKT).
* Provide supporting data, both field work and forecast by survey, GIS / PIMS, PQA, HQA, PMA, PSP, PHI, etc. to support operation of other department.
* Ensure that data and report are created accurately.
* Ensure the EHS standards and procedures are implemented in Planning Department.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree, preferable in geography, forestry, or agriculture.
* 8-10 years progressive experience in forestry planning with 3-5 years experience in managerial level.
* Significant managerial experience in government relation (RKT, land license, etc.).
* In depth knowledge of all aspects of forestry business or forestry operation necessity.
* Excellent team management skills.
* Good knowledge of basic financial practices and able to provide recommendation in business process improvement.
* Familiar with forestry tools and equipments as well as its programs.
* Thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
* Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
* Computer literated.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Energetic and high endurance.
* High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
* Willing to travel and relocate to remote area in Kalimantan Timur.
Harvesting Manager (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
* (In coordination with other parties) develop strategic operating plan for all estates harvesting activities (felling, extraction, bucking, stacking, and quality) to meet the target of production.
* Ensure the area would be handed over to plantation, whether harvesting area or land clearing (scrub land), are prepared according to standards required by SOP’s and coordinate with Plantation Department to verify all area in order to meet planting targets for renewing wood resources.
* In conjunction with other parties, participate in the preparation of annual budget for harvesting and land clearing operation according to corporate finance, guidelines, and policies.
* Build up and develop harvesting and land clearing ability of local contractors in accordance to wood volume to be produced.
* Liaise with Askep and other departments to ensure harvesting operations are maintained in the most cost effective manner, following guidelines and standards set by company through the budget or other directives.
* Ensure all subordinates are working as per company’s policies, rules, and regulations.
* Ensure the EHS standards and procedures are implemented in Harvesting Department.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Diploma in relevant background.
* 8-10 years progressive experience in similar background (harvesting and land clearing as well) with 3-5 years experience in the managerial level.
* Proven technical skills and knowledge of harvesting and land clearing operation and management.
* Good management technical knowledge of forestry operation.
* Good forest harvesting technique and technology.
* Good knowledge of forestry equipment and machinery as well as its safety.
* Good understanding of budget controlling and costing.
* Thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Energetic.
* High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
* Willing to travel and relocate to remote area in Kalimantan Timur.
Legal Manager (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
* Represent as public notary and lawyer for company, in meet and contact government institution in order to get and develop a good relationship with those institutions.
* Responsible to provide opinion and suggestion from legal point of view to company in order to assure that company’s interests are protected and no legal negative impact.
* Responsible to manage, control, and maintain the validity of all legal documents such as agreement with contractors and external parties, the power of attorney, limited deed, license, certificates and / or others authentication land ownership, etc. in order to assure that all legal documents are valid.
* Responsible to arrange, prepare, and finalize the concept / draft of agreement, contract, MoU, etc. and ensure the uniformity and standardization as per company standard of contract / agreement.
* Responsible to arrange and prepare the Commissioner’s Declaration Letter, the power of attorney, and other legal documents which needed by company in order to assure that company’s representative should be in appropriate with the limited regulation and limited deed.
* Manage and organize all subordinates in performing their tasks in order to ensure that all legal staffs are working properly.
* Ensure the EHS standards and procedures are implemented in Legal Department.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree, preferable in Law.
* Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Law.
* Good knowledge of public relation, especially in court and other government affairs.
* Good knowledge of financial practices and forestry operation business.
* Thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
* Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
* Computer literated.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Energetic and high endurance.
* High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
