SAFETY SUPERINTENDENTS (2 Positions) # 700102
1. Safety Superintendent, Mining Project (South Kalimantan)
2. Safety Superintendent, Workshop (Based in Balikpapan)

The candidate wilt be capable to provide Leadership, motivation, direction and assistance to Site Management staff on safety matters, implement and drive compliance TCI safety management systems and programs, to analyze safety challenges safety challenges and create safety solutions so as to provide assurance to meet our obligations for our people, business, Legal, statutory, clients, community and shareholders.

To be successful in this role you will need:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar rote in Mining, Workshop, Construction or Oil & Gas Industry,
• Tertiary Education, preferable degree holder in Engineering or OHS discipline,
• Familiar with Safety Management Systems at all Levels and have experience in risk management,
• Proficiency in English and familiar with the use of Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.

SAFETY SENIOR SUPERVISORS (3 Positions) # 700115

The candidate will be capable to interact with Line Management and Employees to implement and drive compliance to Safety programs, monitor and inspect the work environment to ensure a safe standard is maintained and safe work being practiced, compile and maintain incident statistics to monitor developing trends, and coordinate the consistent application of safe-work related procedures and programs.

To be successful in this role you wilt need:
• A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role in Mining, Workshop, Construction or Oil & Gas Industry.
• Tertiary Education in an Engineering or OHS discipline is preferable,
• Familiar with Safety Management Systems and understand risk management
• Proficiency in English and be familiar with the use of Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.
