Betts was founded in 1804 to make brandy and gin. In 1846, the company moved in to the packaging business with a patented process of making lead capsules to prevent pilferage from brandy bottles.

Betts Indonesia started in 1993, and is a subsidiary of the UK based Betts Group. It is located in Surabaya, the second largest city of Indonesia. Other Betts companies are strategically located around the world in USA, UK, Poland, Russia, India, China, and Brazil.

ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF (ARS)
RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Prepare collection document to customers
* Making and send Invoices to customer completed with its supporting documentation (receipt report)
* Monitoring customers payment
* Maintain accounts receivable customer files
* Produce financial (A/R and inventory) reporting
* Provide monthly AR reconciliation all account
* Provide detail sales reconciliation

REQUIREMENTS :

* Male, max 28 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
* Preferable have a minimal 2 year experience in the same position
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Proficient in relevant computer applications
* Good in administrative Skills
* Responsible, detail, honest, independent, discipline, good intelligent, can work under pressure and is a team player, high initiative, and fast learner Have fluent in both oral & written English

MARKETING STAFF (MS)
RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Work on demanding customer projects and support customer problem solving
* Responsible for all process to fulfillment customer order timely manner
* Sell the company products
* Maintaining the relationship with customers
* Coordinate delivery order to customer on schedule

REQUIREMENTS :

* Male max 28 years old
* S1 any discipline, preferable Industrial Engineering
* Good understanding of advertising and brand identity strategies
* Good personal presentation
* Initiative, analytical, management skill, Integrity, and detail-oriented person
* Must have fluent in both oral & written English
* Preferable have a minimal 2 year experience in the same position
* Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, sociable, responsible, honest, independent, discipline, smarts, dynamic, high stress-tolerance, positive attitude, good teamwork, and pleasant personality
* Candidates must domicile at East Java

QA ADMINISTRATOR (QA Adm.)
RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Ensure the production process and output are meet with the quality standard and procedure from the company
* Managing samples and maintenance of Customer design specifications
* Receiving inspection and testing of incoming raw material
* Conducting Inspection for export product, ensure all product for export has comply to standard
* Make QA planning and evaluate the work periodically
* Administration of quality records (ISO, works procedures, etc)
* Preparation and reporting of statistical data for product quality records

REQUIREMENTS :

* Male / Female, max 28 years old
* Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering / statistics / Mathematical and Natural Sciences (MIPA)
* Preferable have a minimal 2 year experience in the same position
* Good knowledge in develop product system
* Good in administrative Skills
* Have good knowledge in Quality Management System (preferable in ISO 9001:2008)
