SR. OFFICER HR & GA
POSITION ACCOUNT ABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be:
* Responsible for Resourcing Recruitment & Staffing
* Responsible for Organization Development
* Responsible for HR System & Tools
* Supervise processes & resources related to building security management & general services
* Maintaining building & general facilities operate in efficient level safe & environmental friendly
* To perform OpExS (Operational Excellence System within GA area
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* Degree (S1) in Social Science Industrial Engineering Law, Human Resources Management
* Minimum 7 years experience in the HR & General Administration
* Able to implement and having experience in HT & GA function i.e. Recruitment Organisation Development HR systems / experience in SAP-HR will be an advantage local labour law, labour management relation, handling formalities, building administration
* Has strong leadership & interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well
* Strong problems solving and creative skills
