PT ASMIN BARA BRONANG, an extensive growth National Coal Mining Company (PKP2B, 3rd GENERATION) rapidly expanding our resources in Central Kalimantan (Mine Site) & Jakarta Office, is seeking for qualified and committed candidates for the following positions:
HR SUPERINTENDENT
(Central Kalimantan)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with Labor disputes/issues and managing relationship among management, staff or non staff employee, trade unions, contractors and sub contractors,
2. Implementing the corporate HR policy & procedures, Company regulation, and giving suggestion to HR Manager in developing the Company strategies to drive workforce productivity at site,
3. Providing comprehensive HR service to employees on site, including local recruitment, administering employment contracts (renewal and non renewals), reporting, mediation for complaints and concerns, provide training for staff, employee counseling, attendance patterns and turnover, maintain file or documents, administer and provide information to employees about benefits on their behalf or any duties as required,
4. Establishing and maintaining the Governmental networking and its labor officials at site,
5. Taking part in development activities to update current knowledge of HR practices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably Law or equivalent,
2. Min 8 years experience in HR especially in Mining industry with 4 years proven experiences on HR Superintendent level,
3. Excellent understanding on current Industrial Relations practices, labor Law or Government regulations,
4. Ability to have a high sense of urgency, positive attitude, attention to details and able to interact effectively with all levels,
5. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan).
SENIOR MINE ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conducting mine planning, project planning, as well as mining operation scheduling and controlling and dealing with contractors,
2. Developing short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process,
3. Estimating fleet requirements,
4. Planning mining operations and designing open pit and surface mines,
5. Designing mining equipment and supervising the open pit operations, and devising methods for transporting minerals to processing plants,
6. Finding, extracting, and preparing coal, metals, and minerals,
7. Being responsible for the safe, economical, and environmentally sound operation of mines.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from a reputable University,
2. Min 5 years of experience in coal mining operation,
3. Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as : Minescape, Surpac, etc.
4. Proficient in survey instruments, etc.
5. Computer literate,
6. Good team-working skills,
7. Good command in English both oral and written,
8. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan),
9. Holding a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Performing field investigation, development of geotechnical and geological models, geotechnical analysis and design drawings, calculation, remedial detail designs, documentation and reporting,
2. Collaborating with other Engineer Dept to coordinate programs of geotechnical, geological data acquisition, analysis and mapping,
3. Conducting studies in mining exploration and feasibility studies, computer programs, soil analysis software and database,
4. Travelling to various survey or project sites, performing presentations, writing and reviewing reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Geology, Mining Engineer or Civil Engineering with 5 years experience as Geotechnical Engineering,
2. Good knowledge in Soil & Geotechnical Engineering,
3. Good knowledge in Geotechnical Investigation Method,
4. Good knowledge in Survey Engineering,
5. Good knowledge in Hydrology Engineering,
6. Experienced in open pit coal mining, dealing with geotechnical inspection, monitoring and managing day to day Geotechnical hazards for safety and viability of mining operations,
7. Able to work as a team member working on site investigation for the safe and economics Geotechnical design of pit and dump slopes at any of the operating open cut coal mines,
8. Fully capable in operating geotechnical software for slope stability analysis and drawing software,
9. Thorough POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) or similar geotechnical accreditation is preferred.
JUNIOR GEOLOGIST
(Central Kalimantan)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Exploring, dating and sampling mineral deposits,
2. Interpreting and mapping the geology of a mine,
3. Preparing and presenting data,
4. Checking the quality levels of materials produced for reserve assessment,
5. Assessing geotechnics and aquifer drainage,
6. Undertaking environmental impact studies,
7. Updating detailed databases,
8. Creating mine models using CAD (computer-aided design) software, such as SURPAC.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Geology from a reputable university,
2. Min 2 years experience as a Mine Geologist,
3. Sound knowledge in mineral deposits and elements,
4. Good team working skills,
5. Knowledgeable in CAD operation,
6. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan).
SURVEYOR
(Central Kalimantan)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Land Identification, Mapping and Assessment, and other relevant survey works to support Explorations, Projects, Operations and other Company Business purposes,
2. Coordinating with Land Matters Team and other Department within the company to maintain communication and relation with local stakeholders (Local Government, Land Owners and Others) in executing Land Survey Works,
3. Supporting Land Management Team in collecting and updating any relevant data and information from the fields,
4. Coordinating with Team Land Acquisition to support Field Operation Management Team (Exploration and Exploitation) in handling Land issue in the fields under supervision of the Project Manager.
Requirements:
1. At least hold a diploma degree in Geodesy,
2. Possess at least three (3) years experience in Land Survey in the fields,
3. Good ability of technical skills in Survey Jobs,
4. Have strong team player and target oriented,
5. Familiar with ArcGIS database, Advance AutoCAD, Mapping system, Geodetic GPS and able to operate the newest Sokkia Total Station equipment,
6. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan).
